We prefer to be contacted by e-mail; however, we do not respond to anonymous, one-line inquiries.
 
PRODUCTS
 
Our polystyrene articles are not food safe - please no inquiries from this area. Please contact the relevant companies of industrial production.
We are not specialized in "promotional items" - there are also numerous suppliers with an extensive portfolio.
For the sake of clarity: "Advertising agencies" may please consider the feasibility of their request in terms of time, taking into account our GZ/ÖZ (e.g.: a request from Friday afternoon will be processed by us on Tuesday of the following week at the earliest).
You will not find us on internet platforms such as ebay; all items can be purchased exclusively from our webshop or directly from us.
 
POLYSTYRENE / ACRYLIC
 
Our polystyrene articles are produced by injection molding. In this process, it is inevitable that the attachment point of the injection molding channel ("nose") is visible as well as sometimes slight flow marks. The latter are often only visible at all when "mirroring" the boxes. Such process-related traces of production do not constitute grounds for complaint.
Plastic parts are manufactured according to DIN 2768 (medium).
Deviating from this, the following tolerances apply:
Angle dimensions for bent parts: Deviations +/- 3 degrees
Hot-formed bent parts: Deviations from the contour in all directions by up to +5mm.
In the case of "tunnels" (U-shaped bent parts, hot-formed), slight bulging of the free leg edges ("dish formation") may occur due to material stresses.
The deviations from DIN 2768 (medium) shown above are deemed to be agreed and do not constitute grounds for complaint.
For the criteria flatness and thickness tolerance the corresponding ISO standards of the offered semi-finished products are decisive.
 
OFFERS
 
For all quotations outside our standard (see "special fabrications"), a four-week binding period applies; after this period, a new calculation must be made - at the customer's expense. The documents relating to this will no longer be stored.
 
SAMPLE
 
The dispatch of so-called. We have stopped sending so-called "free samples"; in individual cases, this can be dispensed with by charging an appropriate nominal fee. With this measure we want to prevent "product piracy" and price peddling.
In addition, our resellers enjoy absolute territorial protection.
 
PRICES
 
In the course of equal treatment of all customers, we would like to point out that our prices are not negotiable; possible quantity discounts will be calculated separately for each individual case.
For resellers own conditions apply, which you will receive as soon as we have proof of your commercial activity.
From 90€ order value the shipping within the FRG is "free", if ordered via the webshop; below 30€ order value no order can be triggered via the webshop ("minimum order value").
All orders placed outside the webshop (<postcard,letter,fax,email etc.) will be charged postage regardless of the value.

DELIVERY / DELIVERY TIME
 
In order to use our labor efficiently for you, we have introduced one shipping day per week as of 01/01/2019 (Tue or Wed or Thu depending on the order situation). Provided that the desired items are in stock, you will be served as soon as possible.
The webshop is nevertheless maintained only 1x per week. For all articles applies unrestrictedly: Subject to prior sale. The production works according to a precise plan and in compliance with commercial and environmental principles.
We therefore reserve the right to make partial deliveries in order to provide you with the goods in a timely manner (subsequent deliveries are usually free of postage for you).
Often the desired quantity of an article is just out of stock, because it was "sold out" at a trade fair on the weekend. Production needs about 2-6 weeks (depending on the season) to restore the stock in question.
The shopping cart will normally show you the available quantity; if you need "more", we recommend you to use the "comment" field or a separate email.
Unfortunately, a short-term delivery e.g. to a trade fair or to your trade fair booth e.g. by express courier is not possible. Generally we ship by DHL. Larger quantities can be picked up by your own forwarding agent - after prior appointment. We will prepare the goods for you.
 
PAYMENT / DELAY
 
We ship abroad only against prepayment ("Proforma Invoice").
The selected or default payment method is displayed in the shopping cart.
We reserve the right, if necessary, to replace the option selected by you with "payment in advance" and, if necessary, to carry out a credit check. You expressly agree to this by placing your order. For given reasons, this applies in particular to orders from certain regions (e.g. Greater Berlin).
For the purpose of optimizing working time in the context of the implementation of the Debt Law Reform Act, we have discontinued reminders and dunning letters as of 01.01.2019. We will initiate official debt collection at the latest when the legal deadline expires. We ask you to pay the invoice amount on time, otherwise the statutory default interest rate of 5% for private customers and 9% for commercial customers above the prime rate will apply.
If it is determined that possibly under intent, fraudulent misrepresentation, etc. If it is determined that fraud has been committed with intent, fraudulent misrepresentation, etc., we will file a criminal complaint.
Mineralbox does not grant discounts or bonuses. If you arbitrarily reduce the invoice by such a discount, we will claim it retroactively.
For freelancers, entrepreneurs and commercial customers, the statutory cancellation regulations do not apply; these have been enacted exclusively for the end consumer. In case of any discrepancies or problems, please contact us personally immediately in order to find a solution by mutual agreement.
Mineralbox does not work with costly financial service providers such as Paypal. This increases transparency and prevents goods from becoming unnecessarily expensive.
